Hello Beautiful People!
This may tell my age but do you guys remember the store Newberries? We had one in Los Angeles on Crenshaw Blvd many years ago. I was a kid when we use to go but what I remember most is my mom ordering a Pineapple Protein Shake from the counter and it was one of my favorite drinks and a wonderful memory to have with my mom.
So, now that I’m older and I like making protein shakes following my workouts, I tend to make my own version of this drink. The protein powdwe that I’ve been trying out lately is the Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter. This organic grass fed protein has:
- 22 grams Protein
- 110 Calories
- 3 grams Net Carbs
What I love about this whey protein is not the delicious taste but also that it can aid in fat burning, increase metabolism and reduce hunger pains. Cupcake Batter is also soy free, gluten free, grain free and non-GMO. I mean, what more could you ask for?
I personally love adding the protein powder to my post workout smoothie, but you can also add it to your yogurt, oatmeal and even pancake batter.
Protein Milkshake and I have teamed up for a giveaway to one of my lovely subscribers. If you would like to enter the giveaway, you will need to head over to my Instagram page at @CurvyGirlsLife and like the picture featuring the Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter and drop me a comment letting me know your favorite post-workout meal.

The winner will be announced on March 31st via Instagram! Good Luck!
