First of all, let me say thank you for all the love on my last video and post. If you missed, I chatted about my Weight Loss Journey and how much weight I’ve lost in one year. Definitely check it out.
Well, I’m back because the response was so amazing that I wanted to start sharing more of my workouts routines with you. If you follow me on Instagram on my fitness page then you see a lot of my morning workouts, but just in case you don’t follow me over there , although you should I wanted to make sure you get the same love too!
I enjoy working out early morning but the bad part about that is, I live on the second floor in my apartment building and I’m sure the neighbors would hate me if I start jumping around at 5am. So, most of my workouts are low impact, no jumping and burns 500 calories or more.
This Resistance Band Glute Workout is everything!!! You will feel it burn and get your heart rate up while burning a lot calories. The resistance bands that use are from Amazon and they are durable. They do roll down a little while working out but I’ve had some in the past that way worse, so I’m happy.

- Banded Lateral Side Walk – 20 x 2
- Banded Cha Cha’s 20 x 2
- Banded Hip Abductions 20 x 2
- Banded Pulse Squats 15 x 2
- Banded Side Leg Lifts 20 each side x 2
- Banded Clamshells 15 each side x 2
- Banded Glute ISO Hold 30 seconds
- Banded Donkey Kicks 20 each leg x 2
- Banded Fire Hydrants 20 each leg x 2
