We are so excited to bring you another #ThisCurvyGirlsFitness Challenge! Since Our first challenge went so well and we had over 50 ladies sign up to be a part of the #ThisCurvyGirlsFitness Challenge, we have to decided to bring it back. Bigger and Better!!!
The first time around we asked that you drink (8) 8oz glasses of water (1/2 gallon) everyday. Exercise 3-4 days times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes – Break a sweat and get that heart rate up!
On days that you don’t exercise, we encourage you to get active, play with the kids, walk the dogs or go for an after dinner stroll, just get moving.
So, what will make this challenge different? We are going to offer you more throughout the challenge.
To join the challenge sign up to receive our newsletter at www.ThisCurvyGirlsLife.com. When you signup will receive a Curvy Girls printable worksheet to track your water intake, fitness and food. We will have videos with workout routines and I will personally show you some easy recipes that you and the family will enjoy. But that’s not it, we want you to grab a partner during this challenge so you can be accountable to each other. It’s always better with a partner!
What do you have to do?
- Drink at least 64oz. of water everyday, that’s (8) 8oz glasses
- Exercise 3-4 days a week for at least 30 minutes, make sure to break sweat and get your hear rate up.
- Keep Track of your water intake, food and fitness with our Fitness Printable.
- Check out our videos and post about fitness routines and easy recipes
- Enlist a partner and workout together!
There will be a total of 6 winners. (2) Individual winners and (2 sets) of partners!
