As we are all at home, this is the perfect time for us to focus more on taking care of our bodies, our skin and our health. Skin care has always been something that I loved, but from time to time, I find myself just going through the motions or trying to rush through it so I can get to bed.
Skin care should be something that we take our time doing. We should find it as a self-care routine that can be soothing and relaxing as we give our skin some much needed attention.
We are all trying our best to #StayHome, so while at home why not do something that your skin will thank you for. Lately, I’ve been enjoying using the Prima Night Magic, CDB Facial Oil. Now before anyone says it, no this is not weed. It is a pure, whole plant hemp extract with naturally occurring CBD infused with a blend of beneficial oils and active botanicals such as, prickly pear, Moringa, Avocado and Kukui oil. There is also essential fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals to help reduce the appearance of fine lines.
I’ve been using this facial oil for a few weeks now, and I’ve seen a difference in my fines, my skin feels smoother, looks healthy and has radiance that I haven’t seen with other oils that I’ve used in the past.
I’ve also noticed that when I use this facial oil during a breakout phase, my skin seems calm and the breakouts disappear within a couple of days.
This is one of the oils that is a little pricey, $88, but a little goes a long way and the benefits that I have seen in my skin definitely makes it worth the price.
We are all a little stressed right now, with staying indoors, worried about our friends and family, worried about our finances and the state of the world as we navigate this new territory. It’s nice to know that we can take some time to ourselves, do a little self-care and take care of ourselves.
I hope that each of you are staying safe and staying home during this time. While you have the time, do something for you and add this amazing Facial oil to your nighttime routine.
What has been your go to self care routine during the quarantine?
